Sorry, but we no longer make carts for pets over 55 lbs. or for pets who need four wheels. These larger pets need a different design that will stand up to the stresses of a larger load. If you have one of these pets, please refer to our LINKS page for a wonderful cart manufacturer, our friend, Richard Bergin, who will be happy to talk to you about building a cart for your pet's needs.

Due to customs regulations, your package may be detained for a short period of time. We generally expect overseas and Canadian packages to arrive within 2 weeks of shipping.
We apologize for the high shipping prices, but we have tried to keep it as low as we can. Shipping overseas is continually becoming more expensive!

FOR ORDERS IN THE US:
If you are ordering online using paypal, you may use your paypal account or pay with a credit card through our PAYPAL link.
If you have made special payment arrangements with us in advance of ordering and are NOT using PAYPAL, your cart will be shipped with an invoice enclosed. You will have 7 days to try it out and make adjustments. If it works for your pet, simply send us a check or money order for the invoice amount. It will include shipping and handling.
OVERSEAS AND CANADA ORDERS:
We prefer payments be made using our PAYPAL link. However, if you notify us in advance of placing your order, we can also accept checks written on US accounts or moneygrams. Moneygrams are readily available in most grocery stores and banks. If you need help with that, just ask, we can explain in more detail. These payments must be made in advance. So, please let us know.
For those of you needing special payment arrangements, please be sure to contact us BEFORE ORDERING at Dogstogo19@aol.com. We will be happy to work with you on payments that will fit your needs but you must talk to us BEFORE you order.
Also, If you are ordering from a shelter, rescue or veterinary practice, please be sure to mention that. We offer a 10% discount to these organizations and businesses. But, you must tell us before you pay so we can get that discount to you.
Please be sure to contact us when you receive your cart. If you need any help with adjustments, we will be happy to help you. We want it to work for your pet!
If for any reason, your cart will not work for your pet, and you purchased it using Paypal, you may return it within 10 days. If you ordered using paypal online, we will mail you a refund check minus our shipping and handling charges within 10 days of our receipt of cart back. After 10 days, we will deduct an additional 10% from your refund to cover restocking fees. All carts are custom made.
Carts will be shipped out within 10 days of placing an order. If we experience any delays in manufacture, we will notify you.

We have a recycling program for used carts. Please consider donating your cart back to us if you do not need it anymore. We will refurbish it and make it available to anyone who needs it for little or no charge. We donate quite a few of these carts every year to rescue organizations. Your donation truly helps another family and their pet to get back to a happy life again.
And, as always, your monetary donations are greatly appreciated. We have a fund set up for those parents who simply cannot afford to pay for a cart. Every dollar of your donation goes into this fund.

WE PROMISE!
As we all know, the price of everything is going up. Unfortunately, that does not exclude our prices for supplies, postage and gas.
Regretfully, because of this added expense, we have been forced to raise our prices in order to be able to continue to make our carts for you.
Our belief has always been that anyone who needs a cart should have a cart. Financial restraints should not determine whether or not your pet can have the cart that they need.
So, WE PROMISE, as we always have, that if you need a wheelchair, you will have it! We want you to feel free to ask us about our financing, we are very easy to work with. No one should ever let financial issues get in the way of their pet getting the help it needs.
